    The first Hard Candy Fitness center has opened its doors in Mexico, and Mexican newspaper “Periódico A.M.” had the privilege to interview Madonna.
    As main partner and promoter, she answered a few questions through email, which reveal her vision on the fitness-business, exercising and the implicit connection they have with spirituality.

    Periódico AM: What made you decide to enter the fitness and exercise industry?

    Tonight on the "Ellen Degeneres Show", Madonna will talk about the problem of bullying among young people, particularly to young gay in the USA. Following the numerous suicide Madonna wants to convey a message of tolerance.
     
    Here is what Madonna will speak:
     
    "I am incredibly upset are the teenage suicides have been reported recently due to harassment ... to hear that teenagers take their lives because they are bullied in schools and boarding schools. We talk a lot about the importance of not judging people who are different. Do not judge people who do not fit the mold of what's cool and what is not.
     
    The gay community has been incredibly supportive of me ... I can totally understand the feeling of being isolated and marginalized. I was incredibly lonely being young adolescence. I must say I've never felt for me at school. I was not a sport nor an intellectual. There were no groups where I was, I felt like I was crazy ... u Until my dance teacher, who was also gay, took me under his wing and introduced me to a community of artists and he told me it was good to be different and me led to my first gay party '
     

     
    Before leaving, Ellen talked music with Madonna:

    David Guetta is planning on re-releasing his smash album “One Love” and he’s getting help from the Queen of Pop.
    According to the Daily Star, Madonna is set to be featured on the upcoming repackage. The French DJ superstar went into the studio with the 52-year-old pop queen for a new song.
    “It was the first time I was properly star-struck,” Guetta said about the experience.
    Guetta and Madonna previously collaborated on a remix for her last single, “Revolver.” Originally an electro-pop track featuring Lil Wayne off her “Celebration” compilation, Guetta’s “One Love” remix of the track earned Madonna a top 5 single on the dance chart.
    Guetta is working on getting other artists to collaborate for the new edition of “One Love,” including Rihanna. “I am talking to Rihanna about doing a song but nothing is confirmed,” he said.
    “One Love” already earned Guetta the worldwide hits “When Love Takes Over” with Kelly Rowland, “Sexy B—-” with Akon, and “Getting’ Over You” with Chris Willis, Fergie and LMFAO.
    The upcoming special edition of “One Love” is set to be released on October 2nd.

    There are exactly 20 years to the day, Madonna was performing at NICE with the "BLOND AMBITION TOUR"

    WWD: What was your reaction to being chosen as the face of Material Girl and what does that role entail?
    T.M.: I was ecstatic to be asked. It’s such an honor. It’s Madonna. I was kind of shocked. She’s amazing. The role entails doing the launch of the line on Aug. 3 at Herald Square. And I’ll be tweeting and talking about the line. We did a photo shoot for the first pieces of the collection. It’s a really great line. It’s really cool.
    WWD: Were you a fan of Madonna? What songs of hers are your favorites? And what about her influence on fashion?
    T.M.: All her songs are so great. They’re so well crafted and really perfect, pure, pop genius. I’m a big fan of “Papa Don’t Preach.” I love that song. But really all of it is fantastic. She was the one who did it all first. She gave people like me an avenue to do what I’m doing. She was the one who started all the controversy to begin with. I’m a big fan of all kinds of vintage looks and altering them and making them modern. I don’t know if I copy anything directly, but I like to mix and match and play around a lot.
    WWD: What has it been like working with Madonna on the shoots?
    T.M.: We worked on the photo shoot together, and Lourdes was there too. Lourdes and she styled it, along with myself. We collaborated on putting the pieces together and finding the right look for each shot. She was very down to earth. It was nice to see after all her success, she’s still very grounded. It was cool to see her interaction with Lourdes. She’s a cool mom. She shot a couple of the photographs herself at the end. She definitely has a vision and was very hands-on. It was really easy working with her. She’s very comfortable to be around — very professional but a lot of fun. I’m very opinionated, so it was nice to work with someone who has such a direct vision and see how they accomplish that.
    WWD: Have any of Madonna’s specific looks or periods inspired your own personal style?
    T.M.: Personal style is just that — it has to be personal. There are things that are inspiring and can give you ideas, but I don’t really look at one person or one era. You have to make it unique to yourself. I don’t really emulate anything in particular, I take from all different places.

    You look great in your new video. Do you have a specific workout or a diet routine?
    work out very sporadically. I see [people like] Madonna and Gwyneth [Paltrow] and I just go, wow! First, I don’t know how [they] find the time, and second, that’s dedication. I don’t have that in me. My boyfriend likes to go to the gym. He’s always asking me to go, but I always tell him I have other things [to do].
    Going back to Madonna for a minute, she has given you props before. Are you guys friends?
    We have mutual friends and I’ll get a message — “Madonna says hi” — or I’ll send one to her, but we haven’t really connected. I’m sure that will happen one day just randomly. I’ve got the utmost respect and admiration for her, she’s a legend. So to be in the same kind of stratosphere as her is amazing. I mean, I was there with my white scrubs on [at her concert] when I was 14!
    Madonna had a Glee episode dedicated to her. Would you want a Kylie Glee episode?
