2011 Official Madonna Calendar
The front and back cover images from Madonna's 2011 calendar have been published on Amazon and other online retail websites. The calendar which is released as Live Nation merchandise is available to buy in July.
A nice catalogue has been released to accompany the arrival of the new MDG collection in the stores. It features images from the first sunglasses range designed by Dolce & Gabbana with Madonna as well as images from the campaign printed on tracing paper. The booklet comes with a nice black hard cover carrying the new MDG logo as you can see by the images below shared by M-Tribe contributor PierPaolo.
M-Tribe friend and contributor Jeremy thought to share this HQ scan of the highly collectable UK magazine "Company" to celebrate the anniversary of its June 1985, which is excactly 25 years ago! "Company" featured a now-vintage portrait of the soon-to-be Queen of Pop by Brian Aris that year and was also one of the first glossy thick magazines to put her on the cover. Most of her previously early cover magazines were stapled issues and this one is not stapled.
The new MDG collection has arrived in the Dolce & Gabbana stores worldwide and images from the campaign shot by Steven Klein have replaced the black and white portraits of Madonna in some of the windows displays at the stores.
The sunglasses range is presented in the stores in an amazing floor-to-ceiling custom made display which does not only include the different models and colours but also features more Madonna imagery and the new MDG logo in a stunning presentation.

Album history
The album began as a collaboration with Shep Pettibone, and was to have been stylistically similar to Erotica. However, due to Madonna's wish to soften her public image, as well as her admiration for Joi's Pendulum Vibe album (which contained tracks produced by Dallas Austin), she decided to change to a more R&B sound. She did thank Pettibone in the album sleeve notes for accepting her decision to change the album's direction. This would be the last time she would collaborate
"Bedtime Story" was a collaboration of sorts between Madonna and Icelandic popstar Björk.
