can't believe this.......

We were lucky in Israel to get the S&S dvd/blu ray on March 23rd, and after getting my copies and watching them, I was really joyful, after some days of being a little bit sick and with some problems, let's say that it made me forget the problems and smile once more! OMG the backstage shown is really nice, lots of good energy, charisma and good vibes going on while putting up the whole show. I don't dare saying the S&S tour was my favourite but yes, while watching it I felt that energy again, that same energy you feel every time you see her on stage and that thrills us once and again. I won't deny that this DVD is somehow special for me, I'm from Argentina, and seeing the crowd singing (lots of friends among them), enjoying, cheering M, jumping, feeling emotional made me feel a little bit proud. HOWEVER I couldn't help thinking about all the souls I've met on the way in one way or another... those fans that make you feel that you are not alone 'in the cause' (!!), fans that regardless of country, origin, age made me feel very proud and of whom I've learnt a whole lot! and YES I've loved each and every show of the tour, in all the places it took place. Every venue had something special and unique, that's why I wouldn't be arrogant to say Buenos Aires was the best, or Israel, or London, each one had its magic. As announced, the Sticky & Sweet Tour DVD/CD/Blu-Ray will be released on March 30th. VH1 was supposed to broadcast the concert on February 26th, but has re-scheduled it for April 2nd. The DVD has the full concert from Buenos Aires that was filmed on December 2008, therefore it doesn’t include “Holiday”, “Frozen” nor “Dress You Up”. My dear Icon Friends, If before I was on 'holidays', now I'm on 'real holidays'..!!!!! That's why I was kind of absent from the site and NOW, that I will meet my family, see my mother (!!!) after one year.. of course I will disappear. I bet you understand why.. I'll be absent approximately 2 months or so, I guess I will check the site, but for sure I won't have time for uploads, comments, blogging, etc; not that I don't enjoy it but I really need the time off. Meanwhile and because I usually upload and participate actively in the site, I guess anyone can do the uploading for me as well hehehe.. it will be much appreciated!!!! It's a fact that I will have to check from time to time what you post, every day I find amazing stuff over here (pics, videos, songs, etc).. that's why for sure I wouldn't want to miss it. Confessions on a Dance Floor was the tenth studio album by American recording artist MADONNA. It was released on November 15, 2005 by Warner Bros Records. The album was a complete departure from her last studio album,American Life (2003). It included influences of 70s and 80s disco as well as modern-day club music. Initially, she began collaborating with Mirwais Ahmadzai and even recorded two tracks for the album. However, Madonna felt that their collaboration was not going in the direction she desired. At that time, Madonna met Stuart Price while overseeing her documentary, I'm Going to Tell You a Secret . The album was majorly recorded at Price's home-studio where Madonna spent most of her time during the recordings. Songs on the album use samples and references of music by other dance-oriented artists like ABBA, Donna Summer, Pet Shop Boys, Bee Gees and Depeche Mode. Four singles were released from the album. "Hung Up," the first single, became Madonna's most successful single worldwide by topping the charts in forty-five countries, thus earning a place in the Guiness Book of World Records. It was followed by "Sorry" which was another chart topping success. It became Madonna's 12th number-one single in the United Kingdom. "Get Together" and "Jump" were released as the third and fourth singles respectively, both becoming successful on the dance charts. After its release, the album debuted at the top of the charts in most nations. It became Madonna's sixth number-one album on the Billboard 200 albums chart. She was also honored with a Grammy Award for "Best Dance/Electronic Album" in 2007, as well as "International Female Solo Artist" at the 2006 BRIT Awards. The supporting tour for the album, known as Confessions Tour, has been considered one of M's brightest tours ever. As for me, this is one my fav Madonna albums, as each single was being released I can recall how excited I was getting. Each of them created lots of expectation and excitement. I'll be on vacation for a couple of days...(let's call them vacation, but it's actually some days off I need to finish a project), don't know how long it will take but I'll be off.! I was just wondering what is your criteria when uploading or posting .. - Do you post whatever is out there about Madonna (every pic, every song, videos, latest news) ? - .. or maybe what strictly defines you or identifies you....? - .. only what you REALLY like about her (songs, videos, photos, etc)? personally, I just post what I really like, and most importantly that I feel identified with, for example: I love all Erotica stuff because it coincides with the beginning of my adolescence and also, my first show live (The Girlie Show T), I also love some 80s pics and songs due to similar reasons, I fell in love with her in those years when I was a kid..etc So, what about you?
