I am doing good.....I had a party last night for my family and I am tired but good.

Yes, there are too many sad things happening right now. I cannot believe how much destruction has happened in Japan and it is hard to watch the stories unfold. I hope mother earth will not get tired of us and our ways too soon.

I looked for some native orchids but they are very expensive. $80-$100 per plant. I will do with out those!

I am reading a new book now. The SPace Between Us by Thrity Umrigar. It is good so far but I have not had much time to read much yet.

Sorry I have been away so long.

I had my family here yesterday for dinner and to celebrate some birthdays. So before we did a lot of cleaning and cooking. It all turned out nice.

It continues to get warmer here. I notice some asiatic lilies starting to pop through the ground. I ordered some other plants that should be here by Easter to add to the garden............

Did you watch the Oscars? I watched most of them. I had no big preferences except for Javier Bardem. Wish he would have won...but he has before so not too bad. I want to see The King's Speech before it is not in the theaters any longer.
