Johann I'm classified as a member and everyone else is a "paid member". Do you think someone will fix this before Christmas?? I've already emailed you and the Customer Service dozens of time but nothing has been done so far except reassuring me that they are working on it and will sort it out shorly... I can't access the exclusives section of the site and the message boards.

Also Johann, I don't have access to the exclusives section of the site anymore and my profile shows I am just a "member", instead of "paid member". Sorry if I'm writing this on your profile but this is the only way left for me to contact you. These technical issues are just taking a bit too long to get fixed, don't you think?

Hi Johann! I am not allowed to view the forum, I am not sure if it's because I have to upgrade my account but as you know I'm experiencing difficulties with the renewal process. I think the system won't let me into the community module until I pay for my annual membership, what shall I do?
