I came across a very interesting article on MTV about Gaga's new video and the endless discussion of Madonna's influence on pop music and how Gaga seems to be "copying" this infulence. I suggest any M fan read this article and the comments!

Is it just me or does it annoy any of you when you hear comments of people comparing Lady Gaga to Madonna?! I'm sorry but Lady Gaga should not even be mentioned in the same sentence as Madonna! I'll give it to her, some of her songs are catchy and you can dance to them; I guess what some music critics would consider "throw-away pop"; but to be making any real comparisons is not even on the same level and for sure not in the talent category.
