Hi here is how to get your mailbox working if you cannot receive messages:

Here is how to clear your messages, Johann.

Click on your profile name

Select 'Messenger'

It will say you are using 100% of you storage

Delete until you have 50 or 0 messages left as the maximum you can have is 100 messages.

Sorry I copied and pasted the instruction I sent to Johann (virjo-fer) which is why it says Johann.

It's a bit confusing because it says personal conversations but these are messages as well and you will see these go back years (or at least mine did).
