Johann I'm classified as a member and everyone else is a "paid member". Do you think someone will fix this before Christmas?? I've already emailed you and the Customer Service dozens of time but nothing has been done so far except reassuring me that they are working on it and will sort it out shorly... I can't access the exclusives section of the site and the message boards.
