    Hello, you were supposed to get a confirmation email from Live Nation Merchandise with a redeem link BUT a lot of us didn't get it either I still don't know who else to contact for help

    Thank you for adding me as a friend and the invite to Hard Rock but we just changed plans, but we will meet you tomorrow, if it happens (I hope!) me and my friend will be up there where the last restrooms are and the air turns back in the venue in 325 :P just look for the girl with the equilizer light up heart in chest ;)
