Dave Sitek is a guitarist and record producer, best known as a member of the band TV on the Radio. He has also worked with artists such as Beck and Nine Inch Nails. He recently gave an interview to Billboard about his forthcoming solo project “Maximum Balloon,” out Sept. 21, and talks about his ambition: Making a Madonna record!
