Michelle is a big fan of lip gloss with her top three being from Kat Von D, Urban Decay and MAC Viva Glam VI. You can image the chaos in the studio when we hear about new products, especially from MAC. This week we got word that Mac’s Viva Glam was working on a new shade set to be released in August.

In the Spring of 2010 Mac was proud to announce that Lady Gaga was going to join the Viva Glam Campaign. Along with the announcement came word that she was going to launch her own limited edition shade of lipstick Viva Glam Gaga. If you’re lucky you can still find it at some of your local MAC stores for around $14.00. All the proceeds go to macaidsfund.org it helps men, women and children living with aids.

The lipstick was such a huge success that Mac was proud to announce last week that they where going to add lip gloss to the Lady Gaga Viva Glam Campaign. It was set to come out August 9^th 2010, but after making a couple of calls to different MAC stores, the associates informed me that the lip gloss would be out in September. The color is going to be a really light blue with pink shade. It will run around the same price $14.00 plus tax, again with all the proceeds going to the MAC Aids Fund.

With Gaga in Los Angeles this week, it’s going to be interesting to see how many fans are sporting the Viva Glam Gaga shade. Have you bought the lipstick? Would you buy the lip gloss?
