All work and play for Lady Gaga

AS the circus that was Lady Gaga's sold-out Monster Ball tour drew to a close last week, we were intrigued to hear how the star had spent her down time. Rather than chilling at the Icebergs pool, Gaga has been hard at work in the studio.
Looking relatively normal - it's all relative - in 20cm heels, a one-armed, skin-tight black dress and sheer bodice, Gaga was photographed entering Alexandria's Studio 301 last week.
She later tweeted: "Been in the studio for days and hours of record after record."
We wonder what's to come out of the studio sessions - a duet with a local artist perhaps?
She's topped the charts with Beyonce, so what about our own Jessica Mauboy?
In other Gaga news, the pop singer had an unusually low-key 24th birthday celebration a couple of weeks back. We hear she held an intimate soiree with family and friends at the Royal Botanic Gardens. Guests were treated to a performance by gender illusionist Courtney Act then a private screening of the movie Avatar.
