What Madonna paid for second Bridgehampton parcel

Those agricultural rights on 24 acres of Bridgehampton farmland cost Madonna $2.2 million, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report. Madonna closed Jan. 22 on the vacant land through her Wild Horses Farm LLC. Southampton Town and Suffolk County paid most of the $10 million asking price for the developmental rights to the parcel, which means Madonna cannot build on the property. The property is next to Wild Ocean Farm, which she bought in December for $5 million.
