 Actress Stefanie Powers says that Madonna needs to make sure she’s got the right staff when she takes over Wild Ocean Farm - the property in the Hamptons the Queen of Pop is rumoured to have her eyes on. Powers used to own the Bridgehampton property, then known as another name, with her cousin, Geri Bauer, who sold the farm to Kelly Klein in 2000. "I hope she's got some good people," says Powers, pointing out that between caring for the horses and maintaining the property there is "a lot to keep on top of." Powers, who plays polo, says Madonna should be happy to have it. "It's a wonderful place," she says, adding that the indoor riding ring is extraordinary for its craftsmanship.
