Madonna is back in London, as you may have noticed from a few paparazzi images shot when she left New York City the other day.

While speculations about what brought the Queen of Pop back to the UK (apart her personal life) continue, that Madonna is also busy with some more promotion and she has a press interview for Fox Italia scheduled for today.
