I wonder if any of you avid Madonna fans can help me.

I have just purchased from ebay an album from Madonna entitled 'Music'

It was purchased from Hmv (oxford street uk) on the day of the european launch, the seller said the first 100 people to buy one got a signed. I know I should have done my reasearch before I brought this item, but does anyone know if that was true or not.
