Has anyone else been charged too much and not gotten the seat they requested for the concert??

I requested the floor sections and got the lodge section in the balcony in orange in the pic...fine, but I got charged the $360 amount (which is the price for section 3 or 4 of the floor level) instead of the actual balcony cost which from memory was around $100?? 

Don't get me wrong I'm SUPER GRATEFUL to have gotten a ticket to begin with, but to be charged triple the amount for the seat I got??? I don't think so?!?!?!
