they say that due to HIGH demand the gift redemption is not ready yet (what ? did they expect nobody to apply for tickets ) lets hope its resolved soon ! x

well i managed EVENTUALLY to get tickets (from viagogo) not through presales - as for the elusive free gift !?? who knows when that will appear !

i couldnt even use my presales code - and therefore had to pay over the odds for tickets elsewhere ! its a joke - and also where is the gift redemption button?

i am having the same issue - where IS the gift redemption button? i emailed the website - who claim its due to high volume (duh) and that it WILL appear ! ?

I don't know, it didn't work with us at first too but after a couple of hours it worked! You should ask Johann, he probably knows what's going on!
