Please help me with my Icon membership.  When I go to Community my profile now says I joined April 16th and Im now a newbie.  Before it was Advanced member and I joined January 16th 2012.  My name is Sherrie Douglas and I have been a VIP ticket holder for the MDNA and Rebel heart tour.  I seem to have mixed up my sign on or something.  Please help me  Thank you my cell is 440-645-3515. my email is  sdouglas@twc.com  I was listed as the 2015 Tour group and my user name is Traincar, but now it Shows Sherried .  I cant thank you enough for looking into this for me.
