Nonstop Madonna and Fundraise

:P Hello to the best fans in the world. Now, as we all know, Madonna is an inspiration to us all and she does a lot of fundraising and giving to charity herself. I like to give to charity and I have come up with the idea of doing a sponsored 5 hour nonstop Madonnathon (in other words, 5 hours of non-stop Madonna music, dvds etc). I was wondering if her wonderful fans would be interested in sponsoring me and donating to Macmillan Cancer research. I will be setting up a donating page on the JustGiving website. If you want to do the same thing and set up your own page and we can synchronise our non stop party,let me know. We could even do this on her birthday. Come join the party, yeah!

 

Friday 16th August 2013 - I have now completed more than 5hrs raising money for charity. I watched 'Sticky and Sweet' Tour DVD, I then listened to MDNA (Discs 1 and 2), American Life, Ray of Light and Something to Remember. I really enjoyed doing this and I hope it gives others inspiration to do something worthwhile. Thanks to all who donated to the charity.

If you can set up a web page, I can respond by giving a donation...best thing if you can put all necessary items in Sinner's Forum..for our way to reply..

thank you so much for being the first to respond.  I have set up the webpage on the official 'justgiving' site.  The webpage is as follows if you still wish to donate: -     www.justgiving.com/angel1278        As I previously said, if people prefer to set up their own page and fundraise they can and do the same as me on Friday 16th August.  Just listen to Madonna songs or watch some concerts for 5 hours.  Easy for us true fans, listening to fab music and raising money for a good cause.

Thank you so much. Hopefully others will do the same, even £1 helps. Hopefully Madonna reads these blogs and sees that she is helping. Antara, have you been a fan of Madonna like me since she started?

I have been a Madonna fan ever since she came into the entertainment world; I was 41 years old at that time..

Don't you think that we are so lucky to have an amazing superstar that has entertained us for 3 decades? Great music,epic concerts etc. I feel sorry for the kids of today who will not see the likes of Madonna as she is unique.
