This is only possible if you have the new BlackBerry Messenger 5.0 installed. If you haven’t installed the new BBM, go to http://www.blackberry.com/blackberrymessenger on your BB Browser. 

Below you see the Madonna Fans BBM barcode. If you have BBM5.0 installed and you have a camera on your BlackBerry device, simple scan over the barcode with you BlackBerry and you will automatically join the Madonna Fans group. It’s easy as that! Like I said: come join the party!
